MaSean is set to expand the sonic world of “Leftover Umbrella in July” with an upcoming remix project that reimagines the record across multiple genres, including R&B, techno, house, and funk.
Bringing together a dynamic range of sounds and influences, the project will also feature exclusive contributions from the renowned remix collective The Funk Brothers, adding a distinctive and elevated touch to the release.
The remix project is currently in the final stages of production, with all mixes being completed and refined in the studio. The full collection is scheduled for release before the end of May 2026.

Right now, I’m in the studio putting the final touches on the remix project, and I’m excited for you all to hear what we’ve been creating. I’m aiming to have it released before the end of March.
